Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a forward-thinking AI Solutions Intern for the Internship Program. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team that is actively integrating AI technologies to enhance service delivery for customers. The intern will engage in prompt engineering, creative applications of AI tools, and contribute to innovation within the organization.
As an AI Solutions Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with AI tools such as large language models (LLMs) and GPT, while learning how Hexagon’s solutions bring value to customers. You will be mentored by experienced team members and collaborate on various projects aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance service delivery for customers
- Engage in prompt engineering and creative applications of AI tools, including LLMs and GPT models
- Capture customer needs and pain points to inform AI solutions
- Analyze and streamline current workflows, seeking opportunities where AI can optimize and automate key steps
- Understand customer business models and work processes to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in preparing and presenting targeted presentations
- Work under close supervision, while receiving mentorship from experienced colleagues
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Interest in AI technologies and their applications in business and service delivery
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as LLMs, GPT models, or related technologies
- A curiosity for process optimization and a drive to reduce inefficiencies through AI integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn and apply AI solutions in a real-world setting
