WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsible for achieving assigned community sales goals
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate individual sales performance and develop plans to continually improve.
- Assist in the hiring and training of Division sales team members.
- Conduct motivational and educational sales meetings
- Assist in the implementation of the sales forecasts and sales related budgets.
- Assist with regularly seeking and interviewing potential sales team members and keep a steady pipeline of strong candidates on the bench for future recruitment opportunities.
- Monitor and recommend pricing and incentives to division manager to maximize margins.
- Assist in customer closings between internal and external parties
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to identify marketing opportunities
- Assist in the development of Marketing Plans for each community team and track results.
- Analyze and communicate projections, community needs, sales reporting, and outstanding areas of concern on an ongoing basis with division stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 5 years of experience in residential sales required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team member’s skills and career
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to analyze data using Microsoft Office Suite products and other platforms as needed
- Detail-Oriented
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
