Assist Resident Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in Performing Necessary Repairs and Preventive Maintenance to Apartment Complex Buildings and Property
Jobsite: Koloa
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00a - 4:30p)
Pay Starting: $21/hr
Responsibilities:
- Patch and Paint Walls and Doors
- Replace Keys and Weather Stripping
- Repare/Replace Floor Tile and Carpet
- Replace Light Bulbs, Plugs and Switches
- Change A/C Filters and Check Coils
- Appliance Repair/Replacement
- Caulk Sinks, Tubs, Countertops
- Minor Plumbing Repairs
- Test/Replace Smoke Alarms
- Perform Annual Inspections of Apartments
- Maintain Tools and Equipment in Safe Working Order
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of Related Experience
- Ability to Read and Interpret Documents Including Operating and Maintenance Instructions
- Basic Computer Knowledge (Word/Excel/Internet)
- Able to Use Hand Tools like Mowers and Weeders
- Knowledge/Skills in Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance
- Reliable Transportation
- Maintain Professional Appearance
