Project Manager:

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, confident, and experienced residential Project Manager to join our team. We are a team that works together and have an environment of mutual respect, creativity, and personal growth. In this role, you will manage all phases of the job. You will create, and order materials, manage the project from start to finish and ensure our highest-quality standards are being met.

You will be running multiple projects at any given time. Applicants must have experience in solving problems in real time, delegating promptly and effectively, coordinating schedules, and communicating daily.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in high-end residential building knowledge
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Evaluate progress through completion
• Overseeing sub-contractors for quality, efficiency, and adherence to the predetermined budget and schedule.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Material takeoffs and ordering

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction management or college construction background
• Must have residential construction field experience
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong Planning and scheduling skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• NJ Drivers license
