We are a quickly growing office seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive dental services while ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, fillings, and extractions.
  • Conduct dental fabrications such as crowns, bridges, and dentures.
  • Provide specialized care in prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry as needed.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
  • Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all dental procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Utilize medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures.
  • Experience or training in general dentistry; additional skills in prosthodontics, endodontics, pediatrics, or other specialties are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on the latest advancements in dentistry.
