Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage training programs; oversee onboarding
- Monitor analytics
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with HIPAA
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and risk management
- Conduct call audits and monitor deposit sheets and claims
- Coordinate continuing education and credentialing
- Support strategic planning, KPI meetings, and office setups
- Oversee patient recall systems and retention programs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or medical office.
- Preferably experienced with Open Dental software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
