Job description
Supportive Living & Memory Care Community In Kankakee/South Chicago area is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager.
The Business Office Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and will have full Business Office role and responsibility, including, but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable Review and Collections
- Point Click Care (PCC) Experience a Plus.
- Admissions of new residents
- Medicaid applications/Medicaid redeterminations
- Payroll reporting and On-boarding of new hires, background checks
Ideal candidate should have prior experience and full LTC Medicaid knowledge. Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
