Potential Assignments are:
- Working with the City IT Project Management Office (PMO) to document the updated Roles and Responsibilities in the PMO, update project artifacts/required documents, document process flow of key divisional process (i.e. RFP, Project/Software Roadmap updates, dashboard creation)
- Working with the IT PMO business analyst, who is retiring at the end of the year, to document her approach and key knowledge items.
- Support other projects as they work through the Request for Proposal (RFP) development, release and selection of a vendor.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in leading business requirement gathering sessions, including documenting the requirements
- Experience in working on the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Experience in supporting an IT Project Manager throughout a project life cycle
- Ability to work independently after receiving well defined criteria and milestones
