Duties

- Provide support and assistance during activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Monitor resident engagement and gather feedback to continually improve activity offerings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate therapeutic activities that support residents' physical and emotional health.
- Maintain records of resident participation and activity outcomes for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in long-term care settings such as assisted living or nursing homes is preferred.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices and aging issues counseling is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated skills in event planning and coordination are essential.
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
