Facilities Technician II
Join our HCS Facilities Team and aid in a variety of tasks - Seasonal duties such as general landscaping, snow removal, debris cleanup and improvements to the various HCS sites. Also, general maintenance on buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment, operating various equipment and motor vehicles in conjunction with the job at hand, and maintenance and operation of in-ground irrigation systems.
Position Specifics:
Location: Abingdon/Bristol, VA
Status: Full-time, Non-exempt, Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekends
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Compensation: $19.50 – Commensurate with experience.
Experience: Five (5) years related experience required. Associate degree in Landscape Maintenance or Horticulture and a Certified Commercial Applicator Licensed or Licensed Eligible preferred.
