The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefits Analyst to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in California, MD. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Help support our large group clients.
- RFP and market analysis
- Analysis and preparation of data to be shared with clients.
- Budget dashboard and claims analysis for self-funded clients
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze data and make appropriate recommendations
- Position will require L&H license.
- Working knowledge of Employee Benefit plans and knowledge of benefit plans in general is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to independently organize and perform work activities and to simultaneously handle multiple complex projects
- Strong computer skills, primarily with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
