The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Armonk or Pelham, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office or hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Personal Lines team.
- Taking phone calls, issuing ID cards, endorsements, and tasks follow ups.
- Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
- Contributing to a positive workplace environment
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Licensing would be a benefit but not necessary.
- Should have knowledge of microsoft products and tech savy.
- AMS360 and ImageRight a big plus.
- Detail oriented, and efficient with time management necessary.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $65,000-$75,000/yr.
