Summary
This position will play an important role in managing and organizing information for the company such as item control, pricing, KPI's and digital records.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain excel spreadsheets
- Create item pricing spreadsheets to import into our ERP
- Maintain and manage file organization hierarchy and security
- Import and manage material use data to identify material waste and inefficiencies
- Work with management to maintain item organization and pricing updates
- Help maintain and develop web site working with management and website administrator
- Work with engineering to obtain and manage product certifications
- Familiarize yourself with our ERP software to manage activities and help train others
- Create and maintain KPI's as well as train others how to use them
- Willingness to perform tasks across disciplines to achieve necessary outcomes
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Enjoys projects and problem solving
- Detail oriented, committed to accuracy
- Good math skills necessary
Computer Skills:
Advanced excel and data management skills necessary
Education Requirement:
Associates or 3 years related work experience
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm
