Responsibilities Include:
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Observe and document patient's condition and response to treatments.
- Assist in the development of individualized care plans for each resident.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
