We are recruiting a talented Project Manager to join a fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering a variety of exciting community-focused programs. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all projects meet or exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using industry-standard methodologies.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and lead project teams to achieve goals.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Develop and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in project management software (Airtable is preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred.
