Compensation Range:
$13.00 - $14.49
Position Summary:
The position provides secretarial and clerical support to assigned office to enable effective office operations. Specific duties include: Checking guests in, processing payments & registrations, answering phone calls/emails, and general upkeep of the lobby and facility.
Required qualifications:
The position requires: Associate degree or two-year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours)
Preferred qualifications:
1. Work experience in Higher education, Student Services

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Supplemental job information:
1.The person hired for this position will report directly to the Tennis Center Manager, Chris Nyholm.
2.This position will be working in the Tennis Complex and will not exceed 29 hours of work in a week. The supervisor will establish the work schedule upon hiring.
