Job Summary:
- Provide a variety of services to branch customers. Become a product expert to understand customer’s needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing the following duties as needed, including, but not limited to:
- Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions
- Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts
- Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs
- Promotes and cross sells other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services
- Maintains current knowledge and consistent compliance with banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more areas of branch services – teller, new accounts, client services, consumer loans
- Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling and administering financial products
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable attendance critical for small branch office
