What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pantry / Food Prep position at Hilton - Sheraton - Doubletree?
Prep cold foods for restaurant and banquets operations. May include salads, sandwiches, desserts, meat/cheese trays, vegetables, fruits, butter, salad dressing, etc. Work together with other staff. Rotate and mark products, clean areas as requested.
Skills/Requirements
- Prior food prep or cooking experience required
- Safe food handling certification preferred
- Must be available weekends and holidays
