OVERVIEW
A growing bank in Utah County is seeking a Community Reinvestment Act Officer to develop and maintain a comprehensive CRA program that will empower underserved communities and drive impactful investment in underserved neighborhoods. In addition to ensuring compliance with regulations, the successful candidate will work will build a legacy of positive change and make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families.
Compensation : $120-130K benefits
Location : Northern Utah County, UT (100% on-site)
Reports to : Compliance Director
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct regular monitoring and testing to identify and track CRA-related data and trends.
Oversee the quality control of all CRA program information and documentation.
Prepare for and participate in CRA examinations and audits conducted by regulatory agencies.
Provide guidance and training to employees on CRA compliance policies and procedures.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to CRA compliance.
Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies, as required.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRA considerations into business operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
3-5 years of experience in CRA compliance within a financial institution
Strong knowledge of CRA regulations and examination procedures
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and make sound high-stakes decisions
