POSITION SUMMARY
SQUAN is seeking a motivated and dedicated CAD Drafter eager to join our team and learn CADD Drafting Techniques. In this role you will support our design and engineering teams by creating detailed technical drawings diagrams and layouts based on project specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is new to the field and eager to develop their CAD skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities :
o Prepare and revise CAD drawings layouts and models using AutoCAD or similar software
o Work closely with senior drafters and designers to understand project requirements and specifications
o Make adjustments to drawings as required based on feedback from design engineering teams
o Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and company quality guidelines
o Enthusiasm for learning and gaining expertise in CADD Drafting.
o Apply problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and address issues that may arise during drafting.

o Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
o Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
o Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced work environment
o Produce quality work in a timely manner
o Willing to work in a team setting in office at Conway AR five days a week.
o Flexibility to adapt to industry / client changes
o Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Additional certifications or coursework related to telecommunications and CADD
Prior internship in CAD drafting
