Job Opportunity: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Duration: 8 Months
Location: Austin, TX 78744 (Hybrid: Onsite 2 days/week, telework options available; local candidates preferred)
About the Role:
The client is looking for a Process Automation Developer, where you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing process automation platforms. This position leverages Microsoft Power Automate, AI Builder, Power Apps, and related technologies to design robust workflows and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain process automation programs using Microsoft Power Platform.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal solutions.
Integrate Dataverse with Oracle/SQL Server databases and enable real-time analytics.
Use best practices for software development, testing, and documentation.
Provide after-hours support when needed.
Collaborate to mature the client automation capabilities while ensuring seamless integration with existing applications and processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years in application development, testing, and IT system analysis.
- 5 years with Microsoft Power Platform.
- 3 years of Power Automate RPA/DPA integration experience.
- Expertise in digital document and invoice processing with AI Builder.
- Power Apps custom application development (Canvas & Model-driven).
- Proficiency with Dataverse for storage, modeling, and management.
- Experience with Power Pages, Power Fx formula language, RESTful APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, JSON, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile environments (5 years).
- Knowledge of Power BI integration.
- Power Platform Developer Certification.
