Duties
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites such as cleaning and preparing the work area
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Support skilled tradespeople in various construction activities
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Experience in construction-related tasks such as plastering, remodeling, stucco work, or glass installation is preferred
- Familiarity with construction inspection and management practices is a plus
- Knowledge of using hand tools and heavy equipment operation is advantageous
- Proficiency in tasks like construction painting and glass installation is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
