Summary

This position will work to assist the bartender and is critical for the success of bar operations.

The Bar Prep is crucial to keeping the bar areas clean, provisioned, and entertaining to our guests. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Work as prep person for all bar material- juices, infusions, garnish etc
• Keeping the work areas stocked with supplies
• Keeping the work and guest areas clean by removing soiled wares and cleaning spills
• Courteously assist bartenders and guests with requests
• Assisting with closing and opening duties
• Assisting with lobby, hotel and banquet operations as needed

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
