Responsibilities
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote overall well-being.
- Develop individualized care plans that address clients' specific health needs and goals, including weight loss strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments of clients’ progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Provide guidance on physical activities, including yoga and gym workouts, to enhance fitness levels.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients, particularly in areas related to behavioral health.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards their health objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in health coaching or personal training within a gym or health club environment.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise science, and weight loss strategies.
- Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and how they relate to overall wellness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Certification in health coaching or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
