WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✅ Control Traffic Flow: Set up flagging operations and direct vehicles safely through work zones.
✅ Prioritize Safety: Follow TXDOT regulations to keep yourself, your team, and motorists safe.
✅ Stay Alert & Aware: Monitor work zones and adjust traffic control as needed.
✅ Work as a Team: Communicate with crew members using radios and signals.
✅ Hands-On Work: Assist with setting up and taking down temporary traffic control devices.
