HM.CLAUSE is a Business Unit of Limagrain , an international agricultural co-operative founded and managed by farmers. HM.CLAUSE specializes in the breeding, production, and sale of vegetable seeds. Position Purpose :
The program is designed to develop future leaders of the organization by exposing them through various department rotations over the course of 12 -18 months, while supporting leaders with their strategic projects and day to day work.
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to :
Project Management :
- Work closely with global heads of various functions, as assigned, on various projects and Strategic Roadmap initiatives
- Brainstorming and problem structuring, planning, execution, and monitoring
- Monitor strategic global projects progress
- Support maintenance and development of key relationships with external key collaborator partnerships

This position's range is $90,000 - $104,000
Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
