This opportunity entails supporting Legal and Risk Management Services related to business insurance, telematics and subconsultant insurance reviews. Partners with department leadership in the creation, maintenance and/or delivery of necessary services and information. Provides administrative support to Legal and Risk Management Services.

What You'll Do:

• Provides administrative support to the business insurance team.
• Coordinates accumulation, reporting, and distribution of the firm’s telematics information.
• Produces insurance certificates in support of operational needs and updates property lease statement of values spreadsheet.
• Orders office supplies and prepares/submits expense reports on behalf of staff.
• Works with project teams to quote and procure Railroad Protective Liability insurance.
• Assists with annual policy renewals and maintain policy updates; tracks and processes annual renewals of various project specific policies (RPL, OCIP, CCIP).
• Process payment of insurance related invoices; tracks Workers’ Compensation deductibles.
• Logs and maintain subconsultant insurance certificates; reviews such certificates for contract compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• High School/GED or equivalent
• 3 years risk management and/or insurance experience

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work with highly sensitive/confidential information.
• Ability to actively manage multiple projects, assessing and assigning priorities in keeping with underlying needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), as well as SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work and/or work product timely.

What We Prefer:

• Associate’s Degree
• 3 years of legal; A/E Industry preferred
