What You Will Do
- Assists the Store Manager with operations.
- Will be a key holder and open or close store.
- Will assist with ongoing training and regular performance feedback.
- Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.
- Sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan.
- Guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
- Clean and maintain facilities and grounds.
- All other duties assigned.
Do You Have?
- A minimum of 2 years of successful supervisory experience.
- Must be in good standing and been in current role for 90 days.
- Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook), UKG, and WashAssist.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and a team player.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
