Essential Functions:

• Process customer transactions
• Count change back to customers correctly
• Verify and document daily balance of cash register drawer, coupons, tickets, credit cards, customer/fleet charges, checks, re-washes and supplies
• Greet customers and answer phones
• Answer customer questions regarding products, services and hours of operations
• Keep cashier area neat, clean and well stocked
• Maintain customer waiting area, vending, soda, cards, etc.
• Actively participate in promotional activities, including book sales and recommending services to customers
• Assist in other areas of the wash as directed

Additional Responsibilities:

• Office paperwork
• Receive and put away stock
• Complete monthly, quarterly and year-end inventory
• Maintain employee attendance logs

Education/Skill/Experience:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent;
• Able to read, write, and possess good verbal communication skills;
• Able to count money and give correct change;
• Ability to move materials from one height to another;
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
