The ROLE:

This customer-facing role manages relations with the guest experience lifecycle. Making every guests personal experience from start to finish is a priority of our organizations mission. Examples of some day to day duties include:

• Responding to customer inquiries in person and on the phone and/or taking messages.
• Assist with coordinating reservations, daily lane schedule and operating a POS.
• Checking in guests and processing payment.
• Updating event invoice details and closing orders appropriately.
• Assist with day to day needs, lane turnover and opening/closing duties & to maintain acceptable asthetics, as needed.
• Provide information on customer inquires regarding birthday parties, explaining available packages, pricing/aviailability, tours, and assist with scheduling and applying deposits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years prior experience in a customer service based role
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends assisting with events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
