- Clean and maintain guest rooms within the allotted time by vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and/or mopping
- Secure guest room when finished
- Replace linens, towels and other guest supplies
- Perform Laundry duties as requested
- Perform Houseperson duties during short-staffed or peak periods
- Notify supervisors concerning the need for repairs in public areas or guest rooms
- Record or report lost and found items according to company policy
- Maintain and stock housekeeping cart daily
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly greeting and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Always remember the 5/10/15 rule
- Follow written and verbal directions
- Ensures that staff members are following the WNW standards at all times.
- Always wear appropriate uniform as prescribed by company policy and maintain personal cleanliness
- Maintain an active posture in total property operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks and must be able to lift 25 - 50 lbs.
- Perform deep cleaning program responsibilities.
