- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service and addressing individual needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to hotel management as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software opera and phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus (multilingual candidates encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in guest services with a strong emphasis on building relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is desirable but not mandatory.
