Staff IT Auditor

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the team to perform IT audit activities for compliance and risk-based IT audits; general computer controls, application and infrastructure.  
• Perform walk-throughs to develop an in-depth understanding of the function under audit, and use business knowledge and analytical skills to identify IT control risks to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct appropriate tests to verify the effectiveness of existing IT controls
• Perform root cause analysis and draft written recommendations
• Actively participate in department initiatives to support the development of the Internal Audit function.  
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Responsible for performing, documenting and maintaining audit working papers
• Work closely with peers in all operations to ensure accurate analysis of systems and processes
• Identifies trends in the IT industry that impact our businesses
• Evaluate company compliance with best practices, as well as applicable federal and state legal requirements.
• Travel is approximately 10%, some international travel  

Education and/or Training:

• Four year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.  Will consider other BS/BA degree programs

Relevant Work Experience:

• Zero to 2 years of relevant experience in the field of IT auditing or IT operations

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $49,040.00 - $71,105.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
