Position: Administrative Coordinator
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Entering purchase orders.
➢ Create and post notices.
➢ Serves as a Liaison between maintenance staff and administrative staff.
➢ Collects mail and packages.
➢ First point of contact for tenants, visitors and vendors.
➢ Assist in generating reports from OneSite.
➢ Prepare and assist a recertification process i.e. contact employees, banks employers, etc. faxing and copying of require documents.
➢ Enter guest card/perspective tenants’ information in OneSite.
➢ Filing, answering phones, and clerical duties.
➢ Performs administrative task associated with a variety functions in the areas of property management.
➢ Performs other related work as assigned and assist with projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
➢ Minimum of 3 years of administrative and general office duties experience.
➢ High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
➢ OneSite software knowledge a plus.
➢ Experienced in Microsoft Office.
➢ Any equivalent combination of approved experience, training and/or education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
