The Clinical Nurse Manager, of Women's Services is responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery in the assigned unit(s). As a Nurse Manager, this position also includes:
- The role functions include management of human, fiscal, material, support, and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or department’s daily operations.
- The Clinical Nursing Manager role demonstrates a high level of integrity, and willingness to take on new challenges and prioritizes associate engagement.
- This position consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This includes 24/7 accountability for portfolio support.
- 3 years RN experience
- 1-year clinical leadership experience
- High School GED
- A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Current RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role. Certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer into the role.

- Credential: Nursing Specific- ANCC Approved
