Cooperative Home Care is Hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative Near Norristown, PA

POSITION SUMMARY:

EVV Associate is to be a highly motivated individual to assist in our Billing/Payroll Department. In addition, you will work closely with the billing/payroll manager to ensure that all shifts are paid and billed properly. The associate is expected to attend and participate in all department meetings. The position will involve data entry, verification via client phone calls, and EVV shift documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS, AND OUTCOMES:

· Daily, timely interaction with clients to verify caregiver shifts.

· Accurately inputs verified shifts for use in payroll.

· Ensures all verified shifts are compliant with Pennsylvania's EVV rules and regulations.

· Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.

· Promote exemplary customer service to patient and patient family at all times.

· Ensure effective communication and collaboration with office staff daily in regard to client cases and staffing.

· Document any "client events" and relay to appropriate staff in a timely manner

Qualifications and Mandatory Skill Set for this Position:

· Minimum 1 years' prior health care or home care experience REQUIRED.

· Fluent in English and Spanish REQUIRED

· Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs REQUIRED

· Familiarity with HHA Exchange preferred

· Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)

· Strong interpersonal, PC and Communication skills (phone marketing and data entry ability)

· Needs to have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work with frequent interruptions.

· Experience with caregivers and clients in the medical and/or home health care field REQUIRED.

· Knowledge of the home care/elder care industry REQUIRED

· Needs to have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our East Norriton office daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
