What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide legal advice and counsel to authorized personnel within the employer’s system
• Identify, review, analyze, and respond to legal issues related to antitrust laws, contracts, compliance, and more
• Supervise and train Legal Assistants and Paralegals as needed
• Evaluate the use of outside counsel and serve as the primary liaison for monitoring their performance
• Prepare, review, and revise legal instruments, contracts, and organizational policies
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Juris Doctor degree (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience (Required)
• License to Practice Law in Pennsylvania within 6 months (Required)
• Strong skills in critical thinking, legal analysis, and time management
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property & Licensing, and Strategic Transactions
• Familiarity with the Model Rules of Professional Conduct
