Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the station, including managing stock levels, inventory, and retail management. - Sell products and services to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. - Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. - Coordinate and schedule shifts for station staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. - Maintain a clean and organized station environment. - Answer phone calls and provide assistance or information to customers. - Purchase inventory and price products according to company guidelines. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette. - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. - Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and coordinating staff. - Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
