iGo Network is a national platform for finding and booking home inspections providing a game-changing service for meeting the needs of real estate companies by solving for the fragmentation in the inspection industry.
Investors and institutional buyers in particular seek inspection services that can be delivered in a standard way across multiple markets. For this segment, we offer iGo Network Express, designed for companies who book inspections at high volumes.
iGo Network also adds value to iGo’s inspectors by providing additional business and booking opportunities for our network of inspectors.
About Our Clients
iGo works with multiple facets of the real estate industry. This role is focused on bringing value to our institutional investors, property managers, lenders, and other high volume clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a remote team of booking agents and quality control administrators who coordinate, schedule, and review inspections.
- Ensure booking metrics are achieved and inspections are completed on time, meeting the standards set by our clients.
- Implement inspector training materials for inspection process, use of templates, professional conduct, logistics, etc.
- Approve inspection invoices and partner with finance to ensure accuracy of client billing.
- Communicate client requirements, motivate the team, and resolve day to day inspection issues and/or challenges.
- Assist with onboarding clients, integrating new processes, creating inspection templates, and SOPS.
- Ensure ultimate client satisfaction through superior service, clear and consistent communication, and expectation management.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably with high-volume bookings.
- Track record in people leadership, team building, and motivating for excellence.
- Experience leading a remote team and/or working with remote colleagues.
- A team player with proven ability to resolve complex situations with clients, work well under pressure, and manage multiple priorities at once.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
