Job Summary

Adept Home Care is currently seeking caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregivers for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Herman, PA (Butler Area):

• Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.) OR (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)

Client Diagnosis: Alzheimer's/Dementia, Heart Condition, Chronic Frailty, Hyper Lymphedema, Osteoporosis, Liken Simplex, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Curvature of Neck - wears brace when eats
NOTE: Client has 1 friendly small dog

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Cooking and Light Housekeeping
• Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
• Grocery Shopping
• Companionship
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
• Driving to Appointments and Errands
• Walking and Transfer Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• ADL's
• Ambulation
• Change Depends
• Transportation - DO NOT need a vehicle

Caregiver Requirements: 

• At least 1-2 year experience
• 2 Step TB Test 
• Pass Criminal Background Checks
• Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
