HomeRiver Group is looking to hire a Property Manager in the Lakeland, Florida area. The objective of this position is to maintain and manage property owner investments. The applicant should be comfortable driving 50% or more regionally, be comfortable on the phone, have a strong work ethic, focused, have a friendly / welcoming personality, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle property management functions for Residential single-family properties
- Manage tenant and owner requests
- Address prospective tenants by answering / screening phone calls and in person inquiries
- Oversee property maintenance team
- Understand basic property maintenance issues related to building, parking lot, and landscaping
- Oversee basic property accounting needs (rent collection, invoicing, etc.)
