What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Homewood Suites?
Breakfast Attendants at Homewood Suites are responsible for setting up & stocking daily food items to ensure a positive, friendly, and inviting guest experience in our breakfast bar for our guests. They are also responsible for the breakfast bar space cleanliness and organization.
Must be available to work shifts that begin at 5:30AM or 6:00AM and must be able to work weekends and holidays as business demands require.

Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive and abundant looking, presentation, making sure it is organized, clean, and standardized (this will include washing dishes for the space)

Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day; ensure area is stocked and ready for the next day

Maintain cleanliness of breakfast space and restock as needed

Provide excellent guest service; take care of the guests and be attentive to their needs
- Resolve guest concerns

Other duties as assigned or requested by management

One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is preferred, but not required

Prior hospitality experience preferred

Customer Service experience preferred

Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices
