JOB FUNCTIONS

· Hours of service knowledge and experience

· Understanding Drivers and basic knowledge of trucks

· Knowledge of a TMS system used for dispatching, HOS and payroll.

· Be effective in daily communication of 14-16 drivers.

· Be able to communicate with your team when stressful situation happens for the team to support.

· Work with the sales and customer service folks to make sure your driver is taken care of when being held.

· Take ownership of your driver board in their success in meeting their yearly personal revenue goals

· Must use technology and system in place to streamline the process.

· Handle and communicate safety concerns.

· Communicate with the shop on service and truck/trailer issues.

· Communicate and plan for 98%OTD for entire operation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
