The Digital Content Strategist will achieve outstanding customer executive level engagement with Honeywell’s industrial software products website, HoneywellForge.ai. Driven by user data analysis and business focus areas, the strategist will work with subject matter and creative experts to build and maintain content residing on the website. They will also be responsible for maintaining the site and ensuring site accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the business and brand strategies, leveraging that knowledge to manage content of the website with editorial consistency, style, and accuracy
- Apply the ideal buyer personas to develop user journeys that foster engagement and demand
- Ensure content on the website aligns with Brand standards
- Understand content performance and apply data to make optimizations
- Maintain currency of content on web pages
- Work with the search engine optimization expert to ensure web pages are discoverable
- Help content owners to apply keywords and search engine practices to web content
- Perform regular audits of web pages to maintain user quality assurance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incorporating content and collateral from marketing and communications into the website
- Own and maintain the website’s 30/60/90-day content calendar
- Team with campaign owners to support inbound marketing and retargeting efforts
- Consult with content owners to leverage existing marketing collateral to create web-ready alternatives and merchandising plans
- Integrate website content amplification efforts by partnering with internal experts across social media, paid media, analyst relations, external communications, and employee communications
- Work with Honeywell corporate marketing to create bi-directional linkage across Honeywell.com and HoneywellForge.ai web pages
