Customer Service Representative at our Lake Ann Branch of Honor Bank!
Do you have great customer service skills, like to click away on a computer, multitask and act as an educator of products and services?
You may be just who we are looking for to fill a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at our branch in the heart of Lake Ann, MI!!
Some customer service, cash handling and computer experience is preferred but will train the person who has the aptitude and willingness to learn.
Hours of work include Monday through Friday 7:45 AM- 5:15 PM (Hours of bank operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. ) No evenings and no weekends.
$17.00 an hour to start.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Processing customer transactions (withdraws, deposits, loan payments, and other general retail banking duties).
- Actively listening to customers during normal day-to-day transactions and applying their needs to products of the bank accordingly (helpful sales). Our employees drive sales through service.
- Handling large sums of cash, checks, and other money with responsibility, organization, and integrity.
- Learn and maintain all compliance standards of banking.
All of our new tellers begin as Customer Service Representatives and are given the opportunity to grow into Personal Banker and Universal Banker roles.

- Proficient in cash handling and managing debits & credits
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Familiarity with financial software and retail math
- Ability to upsell financial products and prevent fraud
