Hope Home care, Inc. is a licensed agency with almost 40 years of experience connecting professionals with opportunities to impact the lives of the most vulnerable within our community. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team of professionals in Staten Island.
Position Summary :
The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, attending job fairs, and supporting the agency's recruitment goals. Strong interviewing skills are critical, as the Recruiter must assess whether candidates' qualifications, experience, and personality align with the agency's requirements. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during the onboarding process.
Job Responsibility
Source and recruit candidates for employment opportunities across the NYC region, focusing on the agency’s target audience.
Attend recruiting events and job fairs to expand the talent pool and represent the agency.
Process applications efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Conduct competency-based interviews, focusing on the skills necessary for each position.
Adhere to interview guidelines to prevent discrimination or bias in the hiring process.
Evaluate applicants fairly, ensuring compliance with current best practices in recruitment.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to support agency goals.
Collaborate with career centers and placement agencies to promote the services offered by Hope Home Care, Inc.
Ensure new hires are onboarded in compliance with all agency and legal guidelines.
Job Qualification :
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and organizing job fairs.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

35,000.00 - $45,000.00
