We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for an upscale restaurant in Baton Rouge . This restaurant is known for it’s exceptional service, world class cocktails and wines, and an elevated menu. Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) medical benefits, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- 2 years of Restaurant Management experience
- Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
- Strong leadership ability
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
