We are looking for *General Handyman to assist us with work orders, turnovers and rehabs*

Qualifications: * Experience in General Contractors/ Handyman type repairs including some or all of the following: * plumbing * CHA * electrical * HVAC * repair * painting * flooring * fixture repair and replacement * Site up clean

General Requirements: * - Must have own transportation - You are reliable and hardworking - Ability to work with little supervision. - Good communication skills. Having your own equipment and tools is a plus, but not required. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We are seeking an individual who will work hard, with the strong potential of growing with our company, currently looking for long-term work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Experience: * Handyman: 2 years (Preferred)

Additional Information

Essential Job Goal: To assist in flipping homes for resale or rental property.

Schedule Matrix: There is some flexibility in scheduling based on established reliability and skill levels.
