eLearning Course Developer - Hybrid

Description

Horizon Health and Wellness is seeking an eLearning Course Developer to create and support online learning courseware for a healthcare organization with multiple sites and programs in Arizona.

** This is a part-time, project-based position. Hybrid on-site at Apache Junction corporate headquarters and flexible remote.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to apply instructional design, adult learning principles, and educational technology, and ability to obtain and organize information from various resources to design and develop effective and engaging eLearning courseware.
• Ability to incorporate user feedback and assessment data into design improvements.
• Ability to produce eLearning courseware within Horizon’s operational and technical environments.
• Excellent consulting, project management, and organizational/planning skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring and multimedia development tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to provide examples of related work product.
