A foodservice industry leader is seeking a high-level General Manager for a 40mil F&B operation in Pennsylvania. This position will oversee a large team providing a variety of F&B services for sporting events, private functions, etc. at this high-profile piece of business. This position will enjoy access to a full slate of benefits, stock options and opportunity for advancement to higher level positions.
Base Salary up to $150,000 plus 17% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k w/match, stock options, relocation assistance if required and more!
General Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- 3 years as AGM, GM, DM or other relevant title in high-volume/large-venue F&B Management
- Experience with large venues within Sports/Entertainment is required
- 20 mil in annual managed volume
- Track-record of success in leading a large team
- Experience in a client-facing role
